The Challenge, Part I

Not quite 30 days. Out of all the challenges out there, I have to admit I am intrigued by the sports card 30-day challenge. I typically don’t have time to write every day on here, but maybe doing this over a long period, and with shorter stories, I can wrap it up by the end of the calendar year. Here goes…

Card from 2017 with a photo I like. I chose the Jed Lowrie card from Topps Heritage (226).

I picked this card because I had my son pose for photos for the cards I make of him. I wasn’t able to get an action shot of him for his card, so we researched posed images. We looked at books, but many of these Heritage shots do a great job. This one is attractive because it looks like he is following the flight of the ball out of the park. It really is a classy image.
